"Fair Play" Rules
To ensure the best online experience for everyone, we ask you to commit to a few simple rules to make the event run smoothly:
- Complete your online profile. This will help other delegates find you and get relevant information on your transfer interests.
- Meeting requests are personal and non-transferable. Another delegate cannot hold a meeting on your behalf.
- We’ve enabled online messaging that allows you to interact with other delegates before and during the event. Please be respectful at all times.
- Each meeting time slot is 20 minutes, giving each participant five minutes between each meeting. Being on time is essential to respect every person’s daily agenda and avoid additional delays.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting, please do so in time for the other person to arrange their agenda accordingly. The other delegates will be informed by email when a meeting is canceled.
